Head East is American hard rock band Head East's fourth studio album. It was released in 1978 on A&M Records, and contains their cover of Russ Ballard's "Since You Been Gone," which, chart-wise, became their most successful single when it reached #46 on the Hot 100. The album became their first to crack the Top 100 of Billboard's Pop Chart, peaking at #78. This album was re-released on CD as a double-album with the previous album Gettin' Lucky.
